Our Benefits
First Ring BDC is an extension of Motor Works Auto Repair. We help customers by phone with their vehicle service needs. You'll answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, give repair updates and help customers get connected with the right person.
No automotive experience is needed. We will train you!
No cold calling. Customers are calling us because they need help.
You should be:
Customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–8:00 PM
Saturday hours may be available for those interested.
