About Us: HRM Concrete is a leading provider of Ready Mix concrete solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for dedicated and experienced Ready Mix Drivers to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Ready Mix Driver at HRM Concrete, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to various job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete products to construction sites.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Load and unload concrete, ensuring accurate delivery according to customer specifications.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and operational vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving a ready mix truck. 
• Must be at least 24 years old and meet company MVR standards: no major violations (such as DUI, reckless driving, or driving with a suspended license), no more than one accident, and no more than two minor moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more to move materials as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Required PPE and company shirts, a Day 1 boot voucher, and Cintas uniforms after 30 days, under company policy.
• Guaranteed 40 hours for full-time drivers under company policy, including rain or slow weeks. Separate approved terms apply to Mobile Division assignments.
